What You’ll Do

Deliver occupational therapy primarily in home health settings (approximately 80% home health, 20% outpatient), working with a caseload that is predominantly pediatric (roughly 80% pediatric, 20% adult). You’ll evaluate functional needs, develop individualized care plans, apply evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll work independently in the field with the support of a strong clinical team behind you, documenting visits efficiently in a user-friendly home health EMR system.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a licensed (or license-eligible) OT in Colorado who is comfortable working independently in home settings, communicates well with families and care teams, and is drawn to pediatric and community-based populations. Prior home health or pediatric experience is a plus — but if you’re a new grad with the right mindset, we want to hear from you.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OT program (Master’s preferred)
  • Active or eligible Colorado OT license (DORA)
  • CPR certification
  • Valid auto liability and professional liability insurance
