The Opportunity:

You’ll provide essential nursing care in a Medicare-certified home care agency, ensuring our residents receive personalized attention. As a Home Health RN, you’ll play a key role in improving their quality of life without the need for travel outside our community.

Responsibilities:

• Assess residents’ needs and collaborate with them, their families, and physicians to develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care following established standards and procedures.
• Monitor resident health, communicate changes, and ensure plans are followed.
• Participate in care conferences, train fellow nurses, and orient Home Health Aides.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse degree program
• Current Registered Nurse license in Maryland
• Current CPR certification
• Recent OASIS experience
• Prior experience in Medicare-certified home health

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm
• 1 weekend rotation per month
• 1 on-call week per month (limited calls)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $44 – $50 per/hour
