Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, gait training, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and home programs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory and agency requirements

Qualifications:

• Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 1–2 years of clinical experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for home health care

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional weekend rotation

Compensation:

• $81,432 per year
• Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate

Work Location:

• Out in the field providing patient visits (home)

Coverage Area:

• Lower Prince George’s County – grouped by zip codes, primarily covering Clinton, Fort Washington, Oxon Hill, Temple Hills area

Productivity Requirement:

• 27 points per week
