About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play an important part in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ functional levels and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatment, including the application of therapeutic modalities and exercises.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Connecticut.
• 1+ years of experience in an outpatient setting preferred.  New graduates are welcome to apply!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and computer literacy.

Compensation:

• $95,000 – $105,000 per year
• $4,800 annual bonus opportunity

Productivity:

• 10-12 visits per day (1/2-hour visits)
