We are partnering with a well-established hospice provider to identify an RN for an on-call role supporting patients across the Lancaster area.

Pay and Schedule

$90,000 – $95,000 per year

• 7 days on / 7 days off
• 4:30pm – 8:00am

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours support to hospice patients and families
• Collaborate with centralized triage team
• Complete PRN visits, admissions, and end-of-life care support
• Maintain documentation using Homecare Homebase

Territory

• Lancaster County
• Travel required within assigned coverage area
• Mix of facility and home-based hospice care

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Hospice or home health experience preferred
