Why Therapists Choose This Opportunity
Most OT roles make you choose between meaningful work and competitive pay. Here, you don’t have to. This is a mission-driven organization that puts patient care before profit, serving children, young adults with disabilities, and homebound populations across Southern Colorado — backed by one of the most transparent compensation packages in the region.
New graduates are genuinely welcome. This organization invests in mentorship because they care about long-term careers, not just filling a seat.

What You’ll Do
Deliver occupational therapy primarily in home health settings (approximately 80% home health, 20% outpatient), working with a caseload that is predominantly pediatric (roughly 80% pediatric, 20% adult). You’ll evaluate functional needs, develop individualized care plans, apply evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll work independently in the field with the support of a strong clinical team behind you, documenting visits efficiently in a user-friendly home health EMR system.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a licensed (or license-eligible) OT in Colorado who is comfortable working independently in home settings, communicates well with families and care teams, and is drawn to pediatric and community-based populations. Prior home health or pediatric experience is a plus — but if you’re a new grad with the right mindset, we want to hear from you.
